These special watches were gilded on the underside of the glass using a combination of palladium, white and yellow gold.
Handmade in London
Did you see how the watch face sparkles when it catches the light?
To create this effect, we gilded the inside of the glass using precious metals.
Each watch was gilded by hand, then assembled and tested in our London workshop.
The handmade gilding process makes each watch slightly different, which means your watch is completely unique.
How to read the time
Read the time differently. Instead of hands, you check the time on the skull’s teeth.
The upper teeth show the hours, and the lower teeth show the minutes.
This watch has a jump hour feature, so the hour flips in the top teeth, exactly on the hour, blink and you’ll miss it!

Adrian Willard is a popular, traditional tattoo artist from the seaside city of Brighton in the UK.
He talks about his inspiration for the tattoo design:
“The design comes from the Mexican Day of the Dead festival. The festival focuses on gathering to remember friends and family who have died. Many gifts and offerings are handed out including sugar skulls that are given to both the living and the dead.
It has become a very popular image in the tattoo world over the years and has replaced the regular skull in the mainstream tattoo trends”.

Shipping guide for t-shirts:
All t-shirts are printed by us and shipped from our workshop in London. This means if you place an order for both a watch and t-shirt(s), they will be shipped together via DHL. Delivery times for these can be found on our shipping guide here.
If you order a t-shirt without a watch, it will be shipped via a Royal Mail tracked service which usually takes a little longer. You can see an estimated timescale when you input your address at the checkout.
