We aim to dispatch all watch orders within 1-2 working days, where this isn't possible, we will try to inform you via email.

When your order is dispatched your tracking details will be updated.

Please allow extra processing time for watches with a customised engraving or strap, during busy sales periods this can take an extra 5-10 working days. If you are in a hurry for your watch, please email us.

We ship our watches for free via UPS Express which is 1-3 working day service.

Smaller strap orders will be sent via the same service, with a shipping fee of €10.

A majority of orders are now dispatched from our EU site, meaning there should be no additional fees to pay upon import.

For any orders shipped from the UK, duties and taxes will be prepaid by us. Please do get in touch if you have any issues with the import process.

This means, the price you pay when you checkout is the full price and you will not have to pay any extra charges.
