Daydreamer invites you to slow down and wander in your imagination.

Designed by multi-disciplinary artist, Murugiah, this watch is a gentle reminder to pause and reflect on your inner self and your own journey through time.

At the centre of the design sits Muru, a recurring character in Murugiah’s work, relaxed and quietly guiding the way as they rotate around a threaded mandala pattern.

Surrounding clouds and playful patterns create a joyful sense of movement across the dial, forming the kind of visual world the artist is known for: curious, colourful, and full of small discoveries.

While daydreaming we lose a sense of time… but gain so much more in terms of consciousness and clarity. Perhaps losing track of time every now and then is exactly the point.

Murugiah explains his intention behind the design:

“Navigating the world and learning about oneself within it is a universal feeling.

This investigation can seem intense so with this design in particular I wanted to represent the part of me that daydreams my way through the investigation of my work.”

MURUGIAH is a British Sri Lankan multi-disciplinary artist, illustrator and designer working in London.

With a colourful and surreal aesthetic, he playfully explores the joyful, sometimes bittersweet, experience of his daily life and identity. Infused with candy-coated dreams and peppered with South Asian motifs, his work ranges from public sculpture to illustration and design projects.

Trained in architecture, but working as an illustrator and artist for the last decade, MURUGIAH has collaborated with clients including Faber & Faber, Refugee Week, The Stanley Kubrick Estate, Apple and Elton John.

A majority of orders are now dispatched from our EU site, meaning there should be no additional fees to pay upon import.

For any orders shipped from the UK, duties and taxes will be prepaid by us. Please do get in touch if you have any issues with the import process.

This means, the price you pay when you checkout is the full price and you will not have to pay any extra charges.

These delivery times are a guide based on the UPS terms of service, products may, in some unusual cases take longer to arrive. If this happens, please get in touch.

Return your watch for an exchange

We are happy to exchange unworn watches.

Fastening the watch will cause damage to the leather. If this is the case, we charge for the watch strap (or we can put the worn strap on the exchanged watch for free).

Please email us directly if you think your watch is faulty, our team will be happy to arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Return your watch for a refund

If you change your mind, you have 30 days to return your watch for a refund.

If you purchased your watch in-store, we can offer an exchange or store credit only. This is because you’ve seen the watch in person and had the opportunity to try it on. Please let us know if you’re purchasing as a gift.
