Xavier explains his inspiration behind the design:

“I wanted to describe an alien encounter in a playful way. I imagined how it would be for a simple pig to be at the heart of this historic event.

I found it funny to imagine the alien travelling endlessly across space searching for intelligent life, only to encounter a bewildered pig at the end of this epic journey!

Don’t worry about the pig though - he’ll outwit the alien in the end!”

Xavier Broche is a children's book Author-Illustrator based in France.

He has produced many works for “Les Éditions Lapin”, mainly as part of a series of collaborations with Alice Chaa, a writer for children.

Feathers and brushes, felt-tip pens and inks, the tools vary and the themes change according to the book.

Xavier has explored a diverse range of topics in his work: from adoption to travel; fear of the dark to learning numbers and even following the adventures of an unconventional princess...

In addition to published works, Xavier has also collaborated on radio shows and live drawing events, such as Podcast Science.

A majority of orders are now dispatched from our EU site, meaning there should be no additional fees to pay upon import.

For any orders shipped from the UK, duties and taxes will be prepaid by us. Please do get in touch if you have any issues with the import process.

This means, the price you pay when you checkout is the full price and you will not have to pay any extra charges.

These delivery times are a guide based on the UPS terms of service, products may, in some unusual cases take longer to arrive. If this happens, please get in touch. 

Return your watch for an exchange

We are happy to exchange unworn watches.

Fastening the watch will cause damage to the leather. If this is the case, we charge for the watch strap (or we can put the worn strap on the exchanged watch for free).

Please email us directly if you think your watch is faulty, our team will be happy to arrange a repair or replacement for you.

Return your watch for a refund

If you change your mind, you have 30 days to return your watch for a refund.

If you purchased your watch in-store, we can offer an exchange or store credit only. This is because you’ve seen the watch in person and had the opportunity to try it on. Please let us know if you’re purchasing as a gift.
